You have seen him at his best running and even smashing world records. David Rudisha unknown side is how really good he is as an actor.

Rudisha showcases his skills in a movie christened the First, as he retells the story of the ‘greatest moment ‘of his life.

The man renowned for his fame on track relives the emotional moments of the finest 800m race of all time in the First, the official IOC film which will be rolled out in movie theatres worldwide from November 23.

A host of other Olympic luminaries were at last Tuesday night’s premier in London’s West End also attended by the Chairman of the organizing committee Lord Sebastian Coe.

As we reported in September First, produced and directed by Caroline Rowland, features the 23-year old preparations in Iten, his subsequent qualifications at the Olympic Park and the epic race, when his overriding and inspiring run saw all the eight finalists improve their personal bests.

Rowland of the New moon productions who was behind the inspirations films used in London’s Olympic bid, was granted unprecedented access to some of the most thrilling moments.

Even from the trailer(FIRST Trailer - The Official Film of the London 2012 Olympic Games), one gets a sneak preview of the amazing journey of Kenya’s London Olympics hero and also ‘the joy tears and the pride’ of 11 other Olympic stars featured in the film.

This is the first time that an Olympic film is released on the same year as the Games.
